WELL DONE ST.TERESA’S SCHOOL As usual they were a star attraction
this year for the service to mark the switching on of the lights in Princes
Risborough. They also joined our Advent Service last Sunday – well done if you
were good enough to come. The school put on their own Advent Service which was
beautifully done and well attended.
PROCLAIMING ADVENT is about looking forward to the Lord;
Coming as Saviour. There will be two Masses of Reconciliation on Monday 21st
December at 10.00am when there will be three Priests hearing confession – Canon
Griffiths, Father Kenny and myself – and in the evening at 8.00pm when Father
Tom Kenny and myself will be available.
OUR LITTLE VOICE
the book written by you and put
together by Livvy. If you have not yet bought a copy or you would like another copy to send to a
friend or relative please speak to Celia or Polly at the Presbytery. £3.00 per
copy with all profit to ‘The Little
Way Foundation’
TRAIDCRAFT goods will be on sale after each of the
Masses next week-end (19th and 20th December) Come into
the clubroom, have a cup of coffee and see what goods are on sale. Thank you.
WAITING IN JOYFUL HOPE Come join fellow
parishioners for the final Advent reflection, Monday 14th December
at Ker Anna, 7.30 to 8.30pm. The topic is the “O Antiphons” Come discover /
rediscover these age old beautiful prayers of Advent. The O Antiphons are a
very special, prayerful way to prepare for the joys of Christmas.
PLEASE HELP US prepare for Christmas in what should be our
second home, the Church. It is time to ‘blitz and clean’ before we gather to
celebrate Christmas in our beautiful
Church. Please come along for just an hour or so on Friday 18th
December at 10.00am armed with dusters etc and help to wipe away the cobwebs.
Thank you.
