HE IS RISEN,
ALLELUIA! In some countries of ancient Catholic
tradition the greeting at Easter is “Christ is Risen”. The words pass from mouth to mouth after
Mass, coming out of Mass and in the streets.
Christ is risen! After His loving ministry and His terrible
suffering Christ is risen! If the risen Christ is in our hearts we shall
want to tell others about Him.
BISHOP
PETER will
be concelebrating the Mass on Thursday at 7 p.m. The Bishop’s visit is to show his support for
the Catholic schools in Buckinghamshire.
The Catholic school headteachers and governors
will be attending – parishioners are, of course, welcome too at the
ST. TERESA’S SCHOOL would like to invite all parishioners to attend the
dress rehearsal of their school production, Jungle Book, on Monday, 31st
March at
PARENTS
& TODDLERS start after Easter on
Tuesday, 22nd April. They
meet on Tuesdays (term time) at
CAFOD GROUP
– The next event in the Cafod calendar is a Bangers & Mash Lunch on Sunday, 27th
April. Please put this date in your
diary now.
DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY. There will be a retreat led by the Divine
Mercy Apostolate held on Sunday, 30th March at
MONEY, MONEY. Offertory £805.18, Retiring Collection £36.18. Cafod £6.00. God bless your support for your parish and
your priest. I appreciate specially the
cheerful way in which you live as disciples of Jesus and members of St.
Teresa’s Parish. Even with my poor sight
I do not miss much, thank God, and I am very grateful to you for your good
example to me. I hope Lent has been good
for you – now for the glory of Easter.
