A MILLION THANKS ! Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make our
Holy week Celebrations such a success. It really would not have been the same
if so many of you had not prepared the church, the music, the Liturgy and
generally helped with all the other jobs that together make all the difference.
Well done everyone! Those who have shared in the events of this week will truly
be able to rejoice in the risen Lord. Welcome to Alison and Kirsty who are
sharing in the Eucharist for the first time this week end. Happy Easter to you all. Father John

EASTER OFFERING The Easter weekend collections are for our parish priest

OUR SVP GROUP would like to thank parishioner’s for donations recently
placed in the SVP Box. St Teresa’s SVP Group do a wonderful thing by visiting
elderly people in Nursing Homes and sometimes in their own homes, some of these
people might not see a visitor at all if
it were not for them. The SVP Box is on the left hand wall as you leave the
church, please give if you can. This money is used to bring a little joy into
the lives of those they visit.
SECOND HAND
CHRISTIAN BOOK SALE after the 6.30pm and 10.00am Masses weekend of 7th/8th
May. Please put aside any unwanted Christian books and further details will be
given closer to the time. If you have any books that need collecting now call
Louise Sharman on 07590 009431. All proceeds to the Church Building Fund.
‘SONGS OF PRAISE’ for Christian Aid on 15th May at St Dunstan’s
church, 6.00pm. This service marks the start of Christian Aid week and highlights
how this charity works to bring an end to poverty around the world.
CAFOD
PROJECT SPONSORED WALK which will be on Sunday May 15th (see poster
outside church) if you would like to join us please add your name to the list
on the clipboard and pick up a sponsor form (both in the Narthex) If you cannot
walk with us but would like to sponsor us there is also a form in the Narthex
where you can write your name and how much you would like to give. Thank you.

YOUTH WORKER, ST JOSEPH’S GERRARDS CROSS.
Recruitment has begun to fill the above vacancy in the
Parish of St Joseph. The role includes the planning, administration and
delivery of youth programmes and activities within the Parish. For further
