I HOPE EVERY ONE IS ENJOYING A PEACEFUL CHRISTMAS and despite the weather you are managing
to keep warm. Be mindful of neighbours or friends who live alone and reach out
to them if you possibly can. We need to show goodwill to everyone because it is
Christmas and Christ can smile at those in need through us. I hope that you can
look back on Advent as a time of prayerful waiting for the Lord and making the
changes in our lives which are the special graces of Advent. The special grace
for Christmas is joyful adoration and picturing the Holy Child with the Blessed
Mother.
I have had some
beautiful Christmas cards from parishioners and I hope that you have received
and sent some too. The beautiful reproductions of classic paintings can help us
picture the scene in
MONEY,MONEY.
