St Scholastica’s Retreat

Further details to follow soon.

St Scholastica’s Retreat is a National Charity which has been serving the Catholic community of the United Kingdom for 137 years. Founded in Clapton, London, in 1862, St Scholastica’s moved to Princes Risborough in 1972. Situated off New Road, St Scholastica’s Retreat provides sheltered housing for Catholics aged 60+ by way of 36 self-contained flats on ground and first floors divided into 10 detached houses, together with a Community Building which includes a Guest Suite, all connected to a central alarm system in the Warden’s Residence. As Parishioners of St Teresa’s, many of our residents and several of our Trustees play an active part in the life, liturgy and ministries of the parish.
