LEADING FOR A CHANGE was a conference for Year 12 students held last week at Blackfriars and
CAFOD ‘GIVE IT UP FOR LENT’ BOXES
For all of those parishioners
who were good enough to take away a
self assembly CAFOD box and fill it! could you now please return them, you could either leave
them in the Narthex or drop them in to the Presbytery on week day afternoons.

THE PROCESSION OF WITNESS on Good Friday morning.
Those who want to give a witness to Our Lord on Good Friday are asked to
muster outside the Library at the top of the High Street at 11.00 a.m.The procession will then head for the War Memorial in
Market Square for a short service.Please come, It’s a
wonderful thing to do and to be part of.
MAKING READY FOR EASTER can
you help with the great Easter clean up of our church? Just a
little dusting or hoovering? This Maundy
Thursday (1st April) at 10.00am, the more people who come and help
the less time it will take. Please speak to John Roach or just turn up,that would be wonderful. Thank
you.
S.T.Y.L.E.
there will be no S.T.YL.E. meeting
on Friday 2nd April as it is Good Friday. The next get together will
be on Friday 7th May and will be an outing. Further details will
follow later.
THE SEWING GROUP will take an Easter break and will meet up next on 15th
April at 10.30am in the clubroom.
CHRISTIAN AID On Thursday 1st of April at the Baptist
church Hall from 12.00 noon to 1.30pm there will be a three course lunch with
tea/coffee for just £5.50. It will be the last lunch this season, all are made
welcome.
