Feast of St Peter and St Paul - Wednesday 29 June:
On Wednesday 29th June the Church celebrates and Feast of St Peter and St Paul, two great pillars of the Church. It is a Holyday of Obligation and we are asked to attend mass if we can. Our Mass in St Teresa’s is at 10.00 am.
Please note there will be no Mass on Monday 27th June at 10:00am.
There will be a walk on Thursday 14th July around Risborough led by a local historian telling us about the local history of Risborough. The walk will start at 2pm from St. Teresa’s car park and finish at 4pm with tea and cake in the clubroom. Donations received will go for Fr. Deogratias project in Uganda. Please sign list in narthex if you would like to join.
is now open after the weekend Masses with a selection of cards, books, small gifts, including those for First Holy Communion and Confirmation (further stock is expected very soon). The repository is situated in the room opposite the sacristy. Each item is priced and can be purchased after Mass, any money to be placed in the tin box. If you are interested in purchasing an item and the repository is unmanned, please contact either Yasmin, Regina or the presbytery office. If there is something that you would like us to stock, please contact us and we will endeavour to obtain it. Hopefully, everyone will make the most of this service and therefore we can gradually expand what is being offered.
Coffee and Company:
Many parishioners meet for coffee and chat after 10 am Mass on a Tuesday. All are welcome, and you will also have the opportunity to meet some of our local Ukrainian guests who call in to browse around the ‘shop’ St Teresa’s Parish have created.
Ukrainian Update: It has been a delight to welcome many Ukrainian families into our local area. Your donations and help have been greatly appreciated by our guests and their hosts. For those who are still able to donate, we are now only accepting day to day personal essential items, medication and new or good condition towels. Please do NOT donate any further items of clothing as we still have so many to sort.
Sharing the Church’s Story:
Catholic Voices and the Word on Fire Institute are hosting a one-day conference called Sharing the Church’s Story. The vision of the conference is to bring people together in person for an experience of profound personal renewal and to be equipped for mission. The keynote speaker is Bishop Robert Barron. Sharing the Church’s Story will be gathering up to 1000 Catholics who are passionate about the renewal of the Church in the UK including volunteers, parents, catechists, clergy or anyone who just wants a boost for your faith life.

Spring Statement from the Conference of the Bishops of England and Wales:
The Bishops have prepared an encouraging message to mark the end of provisions regarding the Sunday Mass obligation made more than two years ago during the Pandemic.
This message is available on the website and there are copies at the back of the church.
Please pray for the repose of the soul of Joanna Knox who died recently. Let us keep her family and friends in our prayers.
